Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! All our customers have the right to return or exchange any product purchased from our store.

• All products are eligible for return and exchange according to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

• You can request a return within 3 days and an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our WhatsApp number.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it to us with your city, address, and order number.
  If the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was agreed, we will replace it free of charge.

• If the product received is completely different from the description on our website, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

• We are not responsible for any personal expectations or misuse of the product that are not mentioned on the product page.

• If the customer decides not to keep the product without any defect, a deduction of 30% or a minimum of 250 KES will apply to cover handling costs.
