1️⃣ When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the courier company and your city.
We work with trusted delivery partners across major cities in Kenya.
Usually, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after confirming your order. 🚚📦

2️⃣ Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, our delivery partners only cover cities within Kenya.
You can check all available delivery areas on our Delivery Information page.
If you are outside Kenya, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp to arrange international shipping — rates depend on weight and location. 🌍

3️⃣ What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed conditions.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost for returning and resending will be charged to the customer, but the product value will be fully refunded or replaced according to our policy. ✅

4️⃣ Can I order in bulk or get a discount?
Yes! We offer bulk order discounts between 10% and 20% depending on the product and quantity.
